What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM for cabins and guest rooms. RV sites allow check-in at 1:00 PM with check-out at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Is the resort pet-friendly?
Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets at Anchor Inn Marina & Resort. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas and should never be left unattended at your site. Please clean up after your pet. Cabins and motel rooms have a $25 pet fee per visit — RV sites have no pet fee. We adore pets and aim to provide a great experience to the next guest (which may be you), so we charge a small pet fee because we spend more time cleaning and preparing rooms where our adorable four-legged friends have stayed.
What should I bring for my stay?
For RV and tent camping, bring your standard camping gear, linens, and toiletries. Cabins and guest rooms are furnished with linens and basic amenities. We recommend bringing sunscreen, insect repellent, coolers, fishing gear, lawn chairs, and any food and beverages you prefer. A small general store is on-site for essentials.
Is WiFi available at the resort?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort. Please note that as a lakeside location, speeds are suitable for general browsing and email but may not support heavy streaming. We encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the natural surroundings!
What are the boat ramp hours?
The boat ramp is accessible 24 hours a day for registered guests. Day-use visitors may use the boat ramp during regular office hours. A valid boat ramp fee or day pass is required. Please check in at the office before launching.
How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
To modify or cancel your reservation, please call us at (903) 447-2256 or email office.anchorinn@gmail.com.
